Just a very nice, quiet guy.  Our families were friendly; they had a lakefront place in Vermont, not too far from ours, and we would visit back and forth.

Bob was one of our Watchung School classmates, among those that lived off of Grove Street (Prescott, I believe).  He was quiet but friendly.  We split between Mount Hebron and George Inness after sixth grade so many of us lost contact until sophs at MHS, but always remained in the "Watchung Alumni" gang. RIP, Bob.

Bob and I shared a love of Theater Pipe Organ music. I was pleased that he kept that interest until his passing. We both sang tenor in "Mads." I was saddened that we had lost touch over the years. R.I.P. Bob

Bobby and I were next door neighbors on Prescott Avenue.  We were in the same Cub Scout Den and his Mom was a Den Mother.  I was always in trouble and Bobby was always good.  For some reason we were only in the same class at Watchung School in the 4th and 6th grades.  His Dad had a ham radio in a dark, back basement room that seemed exotic and secret.  Weekly his Mom took the two of us to a church in East Orange to sing in the choir and I recall his fascination with the huge organ.  Once we got to JHS our paths diverged and we saw little of each other after that.  I had maintained contact with Paul, is brother, and was aware of Bob’s passing, but hadn’t realized it hadn’t been communicated to the MHS ’61 group.
